This gorgeous 1964 Beetle Sedan is located in Miami Florida.
It has only been there a few years, prior to that it was a Southern California car
with documentation that dates back to day one!
Very solid and very clean. it is a very well restored example that has had some mild
bolt on modifications (basically just wheels and ride height)
everything else is very stock.
This was a car that was ordered new by a fellow in Whittier California
and was picked up in Germany under the Tourist Delivery program.
It came to California after a short vacation, and was here nearly it's whole life.
The 300 mile service was done in Compton California
The original delivery stamp in Europe
Cool receipt for the radio install that happened at Whittier Radio and TV
early in 1964.
The car was restored about 10 years ago now and the quality is very nice indeed.
It has been garage kept and well maintained.
The suspension drop was done a few years back and the slotted mag wheels are a very cool look.
Tires are superb, the VW logo mudflaps are a nice accessory.
Very clean wherever you look.
Engine is very well detailed and is all stock
Gorgeous...and still 6 volt electrics!
The car runs fantastic!
The transmission was rebuilt just a short time ago, the brakes are excellent,
it is a turn key, ready to enjoy machine!
The venetian blinds in the back window are a great addition...imported from Australia!
The Empi bumper push bars are also a nice touch.

Window rubber and body seals are all in great shape
This original decal in the window was preserved and it is a great touch and a hint of the car's history
here in the Southern California area.
Interior is excellent with a wonderful attention to detail and top quality materials.
Under dash is superb, the parcel tray is a nice touch as well.
Carpets are the proper German square weave throughout.
Battery area is very clean and very solid.

The owner has a brand new muffler for the car that has been ceramic coated that he will throw in with the deal
as this exhuast is getting a little rusty on the surface.
The chassis of the car is extremely solid and rust free and looks completely unrestored.

Very clean!
The only body damage the car appears to have ever had was a tap to the drivers side front fender.
The fender was replaced, and the damage to the inner panel was minimal.
You can only catch any sign of it when you pull back the trunk liner.
You can see here at the top right of this image just a little sign of the hammer work to get it back in place.
Very minor stuff...but worth noting.
Inside the spare tire well is very clean and straight.
Nice clean hood latch and two tone steel wheel and spare.

Headliner is in very nice shape.
Dome light is an original.
Glove box is an original and still has some fuzz inside
Locking steering column/ignition is a nice attribute as well.
The Motorola radio was installed in 1964 and the receipt is still here!
The knobs have aged a bit, but replacements are cheap and are readily available for the ashtray, lighter and headlight switch.
Steering wheel is in great shape...very clean with the proper horn ring.
Door panels and seats are fully stitched, not heat seamed.
Door jams are clean as is the hardware
Even clean under the slick coco mats!
Wonderful car.
Extremely solid and clean with a strong history and a quality restoration.
Mild mods to give it some attitude and some tasty accessories to give it some style.
