1963 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia Convertible For Sale
This beauty of a 63 Ghia was restored in California about 5 years ago.
It is now in Texas where its owner has driven it sparingly and stored it properly.
This is a very clean car that I had the opportunity to inspect back in 2007
when it was listed for sale on our website by the previous owner.

The current owner has had his fun with it and now needs to make room for another vehicle
and the car is up for sale again.

The car looks stunning.
I love the 63 Texas plates...the silver and the chrome look great together as well.
This was a body off restoration by the way.
Clean in all the corners.
The plastic battery box seems a little awkward but is a great way to keep things clean.
Engine runs great and the car is a delightful, well sorted driver.
12 volt electrics and a mechanical advance distributor...otherwise pretty stock.
Blue interior is a great choice for the silver car.
Carpets still in nice shape.
Dash is clean and un-cut.
Seats and panels are excellent.
Body is straight and smooth.
Really a pretty car.
Headliner looks a little wrinkly in this photo as the top had just been put up...as time passes it does smooth out a fair bit.
Steering wheels is well restored.
Shifter has an accessory lock for security.
Nose is excellent.
Clean around the latches.
This is the "money shot"...when have you seen a Ghia nose so straight and smooth inside.
Spare tire tool kit stuck in the spare.
Carpet kit is loosly fit under the front hood.
Wiring is excellent.
Top up it is pretty as well!
Hella headlight rings!
Chassis is still supoer clean and super solid.
Engine room is very tidy.
All proper body trim is in place.
What a beauty!
So...we have a very nicely restored Ghia here...classy color combination and
a nice straight body and great top, clean interior and a properly tuned and running drivetrain.
It would be very hard to restore one to this level for this price!
