These new photos really show the car to be very very clean...read the description below and then take it all in.
At $6,500 this car is a screaming deal!!

This hip gentleman has a Beetle...do you like his Beetle?

Well you should...it is a pretty nice one.

I would have preferred a scantily clad model draped over the hood, but this guy looks pretty cool
and it is his car...so I should be more complimentary.
But the Beetle behind him is the important part of the story... so lets move on to that!

As you can see from the well placed sign, it is for sale.
It is located in The Klamath Falls Oregon area and it is a really nice runner and driver
that is ready for a new home.

The car has California history as you can see from the plate.
The car was restored a number of years ago but it still looks sharp
and has always been garaged.

The car is over all pretty stock with just minor changes and upgrades.

Definitely the classic look with the roof rack and two tone wheels.

The body is straight and solid and the car presents itself very well.

The mud flaps and cheese grater exhaust trim are nice character add ons.
The European style blade bumpers with short guards are cool.

The interior is done in vinyl and fabric in a bit of a two tone affair.
Its a nice look.
There wear to the driver's seat that you see here has now been repaired.

The engine is a 1600cc dual port that has very low miles on it.
New heads, pistons and cylinders and all rune up stuff are quite recent.
It is a 12 volt conversion for those brighter lights and it is a very good driver.

The carpet behind the back seat in this image is the original but since the pics were taken it has all been redone.

Again...the rip you see on the seat in this photo has now been repaired.
An upholstery shop replaced that side panel with new vinyl so it looks great.

The dash looks nice and clean...stock steering wheel and switches.
Modern radio but not a hack job install.

Nice

Paint is in good shape, no major issues, just a few stone chips here and there.

Stock suspension height.

The clutch and throw out bearing have been replaced recently and the brakes are good.

All the rubber and body seals are in good shape.

Under the front hood looks nice and clean.

The owner is constantly improving upon the car and he has fixed a couple flaws inside and also just replaced the running boards
that you see in this photo with new ones that are tan in color...looks really nice...pix to come shortly.

Near new tires on all four corners.
Floorpans on this car are very solid and rust free by the way.

The color is real nice...not an original 66 color but it fits the car well.

This is a great driver or weekend toy.
Certainly clean enough to get a ton of smiles and waves on the road.

Nice.

In closing this is a cute and cool little VW.
Its a turn key runner with strong mechanics, a solid body and chassis and a nice coat of paint.
Its not a concours level show car or anything like that, just a good solid honest clean car that is priced very reasonably.
