1963 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale
This gorgeous restored 63 Beetle is located in the Cleveland Ohio area and it truly
must be one of the best examples in the area.
It has been restored using professional shops and the work looks to be of high quality.
The restoration took about two years and has been completed for about two years now.
Always garaged and papered and only driven on sunny dry days to cars shows and club meets and the like.
A level of cleanliness seems to be apparant in every photo...nice car from top to bottom.
Underside of the engine looks clean and dry.
Chassis looks very clean and solid.
Interior is very nice as well, seats done in basket weave vinyl.
Mirror is nice, visors look new, all rubber and body seals and trim is fresh in appearance.
Door panels and door jams look very clean
Dash is clean and un-cut. Nice period radio in the dash...flower vase is a nice touch as well.
Parcel tray is also a wonderful addition.
Mileage is right at 66,000 miles on the odometer.
Steering wheel is wonderfully restored.
Proper rubber floor mats in place.
Headliner is very clean.
Nicely fit loop carpets, door jams look very clean, running boards appear new.
Very pretty dash and the color of the car is arguably one of the best colors of the whole VW range.
Nice...showroom fresh in appearance,
Under the front hood is equally well detailed.
Jack is in place, nice thick service manual included.
The car has been shown at many events and always places well.
This photo is of one of the first place awards this car won in a successful 2010 car show season.
Looks wonderful here in the spare tire well.
Thin whitewall bias ply vintage tires are a great choice for that truly "original" look.
Nice fit and finish to all panels.
Under the engine lid appears clean.
Great running stock 40 horse engine as original. Still 6 volt electrics, everything stock and subtle.
Only diversion from original equipment being the mechanical advance distributor.
Paint quality appears very high.
Glass is all excellent, rubber has the proper trim in place,
Clean clean clean...you can just picture this sitting on the dealer's showroom floor.
The painted logos on the hubcaps are also a very nice touch.
Body is very straight and smooth
originally I believe the wheels would have been painted two tone...this is perhaps one of those details
that only a real purist might catch... Im silly that way...it obviously looks great just as it is.

The car was displayed at the Crawford Auto/Aviation Museum in 2008
as a part of the "best of the best" exhibit where it was very well received.
In closing this appears to be all one could ever dream of when it comes to a well done 63 Beetle.
Clean, totally stock and impeccably well cared for. Whoever this car goes to will have a jewel on their hands!
