1965 Beetle Sedan For Sale

The car made it's way out to Arizona not long after the restoration was
completed and the owner
had an accident that makes shifting the stick difficult so it is now up
for sale.
The car is being stored in the LA area prior to sale and can be seen by
appointment only.
Shipping to anywhere in the country is available by the way...and being
in LA it is close to
many large ports for shipping overseas if needed.

The car has a very fresh appearance to it, no signs of road use or abuse.
Onviously very well taken care of since the compleion of the restoration.

The paint quality is excellent and all the chrome and trimmings are fresh
as well.
Its like a new car.

The suspension is set at stock height.
I think it would be a perfect candidate for a lowering job to give it that
true custom look.
But it sure rides nice at stock height...so that is all up to the next
owner.

T bar bumpers ad a custom touch. Easy to bolt on new full bumpers if desired
(in fact the seller has the original bumpers
that he is willing to send along with it.)

Headlight buckets are color matched.

Horn grilles have been replaced with awesome billet aluminum VW emblem
set ups with a bright LED turn signal
in the center...pretty unique!

Polished aluminum T bar bumpers look very nice.

Polished aluminum running boards are a cool addition as well.

Pop out rear quarter windows!

Chrome taillight housings!
The seller also has a pair that are color matched to the green..

Early style plate light and one awesome personalized plate!

Very nice fit and finish to the car...you can tell it was a labor of love.

Under the hood is a color matched 1200cc stock engine with a bit of bling.
It runs and drives beautifully, everything being rebuilt during the restoration.
Its no speed demon, but its a fun driver.

Engine is very well detailed and has just been serviced by a local LA shop.
Turn key, ready to go!

Polished louvered firewall...pretty flashy!

Under the engine is very clean...heck the whole underside is pretty impressive.
Just a hint of road grime, but with a quick wipe down this would all be
ready for the show season.

Chassis was fully restored and color matched.

No sign of any rust under here...and a quick coat of wax and you could
see yourself in the reflection off the pan.

Pretty awesome eh?

Fender wells too are all painted and detailed.

Chrome spring plate caps.

All new hardware as well.

New wiring everywhere and it all works.

Super straight and smooth down the sides.

Near new tires on chromed 5 spoke wheels.

What a sweetheart!

Under the front hood is clean as well.

Very straight in the spare tire well area.
Inner panels treated with a "body schutz" type sound deadener
and then painted to match.

All new window rubber and weatherstripping.

Very clean stock dash

Excellent velour upholstery

Same in the back of course.

Matching headliner is nicely fitted.

Very clean

Carpet in excellent condition.

Empi trigger shifter,

Custom roller pedal

Beautiful steering wheel.

Odometer reads 3452 miles, which is the actual mileage since completion
of the restoration
according to the owner.

Radio block off plate in the dash

Glove box is clean too...everything is like brand new.

Door jams super clean

Some signs of some minor repair to the bottom of the post

Door panels are excellent

Nice custom chrome handles and window cranks

In closing this is really an impressive little car. Somebody went all out
with it to make a super clean fun driver
that is certainly show worthy. Perfect car to drive and play with as is
or to add your own custom touches to it.
(I personally would lower the suspension and bolt in a big performance
motor...instant super clean Cal Looker)
Priced far far below the actual cost to restore the car...one heck of a
deal at...
