1967 VW Camper For Sale

The Bus was recently restored by a fellow in Alaska who's previous Bus
was on the cover of Hot VW's Magazine.
he didnt go quite as far with this one as he did the other...but the same
hands did the work and it looks very nice indeed.

The owner drove the Bus down to California this past fall from the Seattle
area and it performed flawlessly.
From here he loaded it up in his trailer and pulled it behind his motorhome
to Florida where he has been spending the winter.
He plans to show it at the upcoming Volksblast and Bug Jam shows there,
and then will
put it into storage until it sells.

The Paerl white paint is very nice and the bodywork is well done.
The Bus has a very factory fresh appearance to it from the outside and
despite it's mellow paint color, it draws many many looks and smiles on
the road.

All new window rubbers and body seals, excellent glass all the way around.
Mechanically it is excellent and ready for adventure.

Good fit and finish and body lines and gaps are proper.

Straight ans smooth down the sides.

Camper windows have been nicely polished and look great.

Chrome pop out window frames are a nice touch as well.

Excellent new tires on all four corners on the proper stock 14" wheels.

Rockers are clean and rust and bubble free.

Nice to see some cleanliness in the areas that often get overlooked.

Some minor pitting on the door handles...but still respectable.

here's a good reflection shot down the side...

Great Bus.

You could dress it up with some accessories like a roof rack and mudflaps
if you like
or just keep it understated and enjoy it just as it is.

Bumpers are clean and well painted and fitted.

Really runs sweet.
Brakes and clutch and trans and steering are all in excellent shape...this
is a turn key runner here!

Clean in the engine compartment.

Engine is tidy and clean, but not "show detailed"

Battery area is clean

Underside of the engine lid

Clean and dry underneath...well, dry at least.

under the front floors looks good too.

Very clean outside, respectable underneath...now what are the guts like?
Lets go check em out!

the owner and builder of the Bus does custom upholstery for a living and
he applied his craft
beautifully to the interior here and I must say it is a nice change from
the bland stock interiors that most of these
campers have.

Seats are done in a very nice tweed material with contrasting piping.
Carpet is well fit and clean.

Door panels are really nice.

Steering wheel is stock and unrestored and shows a little wear. Dash is
clean and stock.
Nice accessory shifter extension.

Very clean speedometer,

Modern audio unit is well fit and sounds nice.

Very clean in the airbox area with nice custom visors and fittment of the
headliner panels.

Nice work!

Very good looking and the color choice looks great with the off white body
color.

Walk thru front seats are a desireable option.

Pass side door panel

In the back the stock flip out bed was redone and a custom table and jumpseat
fitted.

Very nicely done...and this flips out into a comfortable bed.
Seat belts installed so you can safely haul the family and friends around.

Custom wood table looks very nice.

here's a detail of the headliner that shows the material used and the quality
of the fitting of it all.

Storage shelf above the rear area is nice.

Super clean.

Rear area is well done with the pads and matching spare tire cover.

Awesome!

Screens for the camper windows are included.

Custom wood flip up tables on the cargo doors.

Another slick little table on the bulkhead.

Island theme curtains look great and match the pillows.

Nice soft carpet for those bare tootsies...

Floor under the carpet is very solid.

So...do I have you sold on this one yet?
Super clean exterior, amazingly neat and tidy custom interior, very strong
mechanicals...what else could one need?

The Bus is a nicely done example and I think it will provide a great deal
of fun for it's new owner.
Camper prices have seen a steep rise in recent years and it's little wonder
whay when you see how cool
they are and how much fun they are to go and play with.
