1968 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale

This Florida based blue 1968 Sedan is quite the well done and detailed example.
A definite labor of love for its owner with an attention to detail that is admirable.

Very stock and proper in its appearance and detail.

The paint is the original color, but resprayed prior to current ownership.

Titled and registered in Florida with antique plates.

Lets dive right in to the darkest parts of the car...the underbelly of the beast.

Looks like recent shocks, brake lines and cables.

Heater boxes and clean and solid, engine seems dry underneath

Transmission looks to have been rebuilt at some point recently as I see the modern lock nut hardware.

Fender wells are clean and solid

The body has not been removed from the chassis during its restoration.
The suspension and mechanicals look clean and detailed
and of course the painted fender wells are a nice touch.

Front apron looks solid and straight

Very clean!

No signs of any rust or repairs in the normal problem spots.
The history of the car puts it in Colorado for most of its life having been driven
by a college professor, and obviously very well treated.

Floor pans look original, solid and sound.

Tool roll and a clean trunk

Wiring looks fantastic and the back of the dash quite clean.

Glove box looks amazing

Very clean car!

Matching spare wheel with the washer bottle in place, etc.

Original jack still in its holder

Clean clean clean

All new body seals and such

Interior has been well done and looks great/

Dash is very nice.
Original radio in place.

Wonderfully clean under the back seat.
Super solid floors and body on the car.

12 volt battery with a bot of rubber to protect the terminals from the seat springs.

German square weave carpets and very solid floors.

Rubber tunnel mat, nice coco mats to protect the floors and class up the place a little.

Pedal assembly looks very clean.

Excellent!

Retractable modern seat belts up front.

Door sills are clean and solid

Very nice

Pop out rear quarter windows

Excellent trim, new fender beading.

Window scrapers are excellent, new door seals as well.

Very straight and smooth bodywork

Beautiful

The windshield is the only non original bit of glass,
the rest is all the original German stuff.

Excellent chrome

Driving lights are wired up and functional

New running boards

Engine room is very clean!

Fantastic!

Excellent runner and driver!
Always well maintained and properly serviced.

Clean and solid car!
Not what you would expect to see in Florida!

Big pile of receipts and service records back through its life.
Technically the current owner is only the second private owner of the car since new.
It did go through a classic car dealer after being donated for charity by its original owner.

Excellent headliner

Wheels are properly painted in two tone white and black

The drivers door hinge does show a paint chip and touch up from
possible over extension at some point in its life, but it is a minimal flaw
and the door opes and closes well with good gaps, etc.

The off white interior is excellent!

I am really impressed with the cleanliness of this car.

Gorgeous

Rock solid original chassis! Wow!

Underside of the hood.

Its not often you see a post 67 Beetle restored to this level.
Lots of customs and hot rods out there , but to see one done all stock
is a real treat...especially in this color combination.

I like it!

So who is going to be the next caretaker of this pretty Beetle...is it you?
