This 1964 Panel Van is located in the San Diego California area and it
is a very clean and attractive
driver quality restoration that would be a fun play toy or an amazing
advertising vehicle.
The red paint color stands out wonderfully and the white bumpers and
emblem are a perfect contrast.
The window frames have also been done in white which jazzes things up a
bit.
Whitewall tire rings are fitted...kinda fun, but easily removed if it
is not your style
Safari windows are a great addition
Interior is very clean...the whole interior is painted white
and looks clean.
Seats are done in the salt and pepper look vinyl
New seat belts
What a happy Bus!
Super sanitary and clean out back...a black canvas
in which you can do whatever you like...build a camper, just haul
stuff...endless possibilities.
The large rear hatch was introduced this year in 1964.
Much easier access to the stuff in the back as well as greatly improved
visibility
over the smaller window of 63 and older models.
Latches are clean
Looks sharp!
Last year for the ice pick pull handles I believe.
Out back is a clean color-matched single port engine that runs great.
12 volt electrics, Bosch 009 distributor and blue coil.
Heater has been disabled.
Very clean in here and the Bus is a good runner and driver.
Looks like recent rubber seals and felts.
Clean and solid
Nice!
Fresh air vent
Doors shut nice
Clean dash
No radio
Underside looks solid
Very tidy undercoat
Looks great!
Excellent tires
New mirror heads from Wolfsburg West
Love those safari windows!!
Looks smooooth down the sides!
Fuel gauge chrome is a bit pitted.
The hole in the dash is factory...there is a missing red light that
fits in here.
Steering wheel shows a little age as does this original Deluxe horn
button
Seats look great!
Panels are clean
Passenger side seat hinge point been repaired
Nice Bus overall...very clean and it looks wonderfully solid.
Good runner and driver, ready for fun or to put to work!
