1959 VW Beetle Cabriolet Euro Model For Sale

This stunning ground up restoration 1959 Euro model Beetle Convertible
is located in the state of Utah in the hands of a passionate collector.

Prior to the restoration the car was discovered in California where it had survived
the test of time with minimal rust or body issues. It was a good original example to begin with
and from there it underwent a three year long professional restoration using the best of parts
and materials and the most skilled professional hands.

The car is a quite rare European delivery model with semaphore turn signals.
The color is called Jade Green and it is absolutely gorgeous!

The interior was done by the masters at West Coast Classics

Clean un-modified dash with the factory radio in place,
Correct locking glove box door (a Convertible only feature).

The car was restored from top to bottom and is nearly spotless below.

These underside shots do not do the car justice, but they give you a peek at least to see that the car is as nice
and detailed underneath as it is on the top side. This was a full
show level restoration to probably better than new condition.

Nice touch with the accessory shift knob with pattern.

The engine is the correct 36 horse unit that was fully rebuilt by Vintage Autoworks
and it is beautifully detailed and runs superb.

Correct early style Karmann body badge

Detailed fully under the front hood as well.
Matching spare wheel and tire , all wrapped with high quality
real wide white BF Goodrich radial tires from Coker Tires.

All new rubber, seals trim and details throughout.

Peek in that fender well and you can see just how clean it is underneath as well.
This car received an extremely detailed, every nut and bolt restoration.
The restoration was completed in 2015 and has only been driven 41 miles since the last bolt was turned.
It has been stored indoors and carefully pampered as a part of a very nice collection.

Seats have the proper convertible only metal vent grommets at the back.
Details like this get missed often by restorers...but when they are done right...its a treat to see.

Taillights are trimmed with subtle accessory visors over the lenses.

The black canvas top fits very well and has the proper trim along the front and rear crest and above the body line.

European bulb type headlights behind fluted lenses.
European short bumper guards.

German square weave carpets, proper rubber mats.
Detailed seat frames and inner controls.
Restored steering wheel with Wolfsburg crest horn push.

Speedometer is the correct clear needle style, in MPH
