1967 Beetle Sedan For Sale

This Pennsylvania based 67 Sedan is a pretty impressive piece.
Tthree owner car since new!
Lots of original documentation and it is an excellent runner and driver.

Very clean and well kept, all bone stock and proper.
Collector grade for sure.

Original window sticker remains with the car.

Has the original dealer supplied ID card in the pocket for its first owner
a Mr John Campbell in Waynesboro PA

Purchased new on April 25th 1967 at Eastland Motors in Chambersburg.

Dealer serviced until 30,000 miles and by independent mechanics religiously after that.

Up to 70,000 miles in the early 1990's its service is well documented.

74,179 miles on the odometer today and that all seems quite legit to me based on what I see here.

Interior is very clean, the original headliner is amazing.

Dash is very clean and unmodified, there has never even been a radio installed in this car.

Original carpets and mats and a very nice period accessory parcel tray is fitted.

A peek under the drivers side front fender.
Does look like this fender was replaced at some point which would explain
the undercoat variation between body and fender.

Chassis look quite solid underneath with the original undercoating intact.

Looks like solid pans with no rust or repairs.

Bumper mounting points look solid

A small penetration just forward of the rear wheel
but this appears to be the worst of it.

Behind the front wheel on the same side looks very solid.

Original wiring cover and trunk liner

Original tool roll is present

Clean in the door jams with all the right parts and seals present.

The correct 67 push button door handles

Original door panels

A slight bit of paint wear on the edge of the ashtray door

Basket weave material close up

Type 3 style handbrake handle cover is very cool

Really beautiful with nice glossy paint and excellent panel fit.

It sits the way a 67 should sit, slightly higher at the nose like a well trained
puppy ready for its walk.

Two tone wheels as factory with the flat caps and black centers.
Rear bumper is the correct 67 only model and it has the reverse lights too.

Nice!
This does appear to be a repaint in the original color.

The original color matched fender beading still retains its color
the chrome looks impressive.

Here you can see the fender beading closer as well as the correct silver painted bumper hardware.

You can see some slight age to the edge of the rubber, but all of this is such a nice part of an original
survivor car like this.

Slight paint wear  near the running board.

More details

Original 1500cc engine runs well and features a lot of originality.
The fuel pump, filter and coil look to have been replaced, but that looks like
original finish on all the engine tins and the hose clamps on the fresh air tubes look like the original German parts.

The condition all seems very consistent with that mileage of 74k

Excellent tires

More details under the hood

The original Zenith Blue paint code sticker remains intact
Spare tire well is super straight and solid, still with shiny original paint finish.

Impressive car!

It sure looks right doesn't it?
A fine example of a proper stock 67 Beetle ready for a new home.
