Convertible decklid is the genuine article and is very well fit with excellent gaps.
Door gaps are superb as well.
Pop out quarter windows, finger gaurds under the door handles...nice subtle accessories.
Paint quality is excellent and the car still shows like it is fresh.
Detailed BRM wheels have custom painted Speedwell center caps.
Drum brakes in the back as original.
Disc brakes up front.
The interior is beautiful
Battery cut off switch underneath the back seat.
Under dash is cleanly painted and the steering column and shifter and such are powder coated and very clean.
Tidy
Early big logo pedal pads are a neat touch while the modern skate wheel roller pedal

Modern audio tucked into the glove box.
Out of sight and out of mind.
Visors are new and mirror is in great shape.
Locking hood latch is a nice add on.
Headliner is done in pinpoint vinyl.
Clean and well fit
Getting super picky here, you can see a little raw edge and some glue in the corner here.
Not "perfect" but far better than most.
Here is a small paint chip that was touched up on the fender.
The car has been driven a bit and the restoration is about 7 years old now...you have to expect something to happen like this!
Glass and rubber is all excellent. All glass except the windshield is original VW stuff.
Under the engine lid is cleanly painted and polished.
Rear apron cut outs were shaved smooth.
No heater on this one with the performance exhaust.
Auxillary oil filter hooked up and tucked in the fender well.
Wipers are the correct ones.
Golde sunroof handle with the logo and great chrome.
Interior is really sharp in this car.
The mesh vinyl material is a neat choice, original used in the VW Bus, when used with the smooth vinyl
and contrasting piping it really gives the seats a classy look, yet still vintage.

Nice original cog style gas cap.
Very neat Berlin crest on the hood.
Nice detail in here with the clean brake resevoir and polished body tag.
cleanly done wiring, even for the audio system.
I like the wood rim GTV steering wheel with polished spokes and hub and the blue horn button.
Aluminum rings on the heater openings...nice detail that most miss.
