1967 VW Beetle Sedan For Sale

Here is one for all you patina lovers!
This Michigan based 67 has a great look and attitude and has
been fully sorted out by its owner and has been a fun and reliable
play toy for him and his family, but it is time to see it in new hands.

Like a well worn pair of your favorite blue jeans.
this 67 just oozes character and is really fun.

Some great accessories such as a roof rack and pop out windows.

The interior features a good blend of "clean" and "character".
Nice seats and carpet so you are comfortable, but some neat raggy details all over.

Blaupunkt audio strap mounted under the dash

Speakers in the kick panels

Seats and padding have been nicely redone.

The red material look great against the blue paint color.

Seat belts mounted for your young passengers

Rear speaker deck

Underneath you can see some nice upgrades and where some work has been done.
Cool trans mount with urethane bushings.

Pushrod tubes are clean and un-tweaked

A little bit of road grime from use, but not wet underneath which is nice to see

The chassis and floor pans are very solid on the car.

Wide 5 Empi spoke wheels

Adjustable front beam with drop spindles!

KYB shocks

Still factory drum brakes

Fat tips on the exhaust

One flaw on the pan here, but certainly nothing terminal

Adjustable spring plates in back are super cool

CB Performance oil filter mount

Looks pretty good underneath!

1967 penny found in the car during the rebuild was glued to the dash

And a 1967 50 cent piece in the center of the shift knob.

165 tires on the rear

145 tires up front.

Original 1967 HO case engine has been rebuilt and bumped up to a 1641cc
with 1.25 ratio rockers and a new carburetor.

019 "Screamer" distributor with faded original blue paint on it...cool

Stock 67 only air cleaner and engine tins are all in place.
Engine runs excellent

Another couple underside shots

The car gets driven, but rarely in the weather and she stays tucked away for the winters
and away from the road salt as much as possible.

Window rubbers look good, cool accessory vent trim out back.

Great fade and character to the paint.

Young passenger not included (cool boots!)

Volkswagen hood script and hood handle trim accessory.

Love that fade through!
Pop out quarter windows are great on the warm days too.

When the car was "built" by the current owner he did the floor pan and
heater channel replacement as well as a patch on the lower quarter panel.
This was basically a "body off" build, but with keeping the patina and original character of the paint.

Neat peep mirror

Bumps and bruises a-plenty!

Start em young!

Love the sticker!
Some folks just dont get the joy of a car like this.
That patina not only gives the car some individual character,
it also is incredibly freeing when it comes to the use of the car.
No fear of scratches or chips, as new ones only enhance the overall look.

With the car fully sorted mechanically and structurally, it is
a great play toy and cruiser.

I dig it!

Nice stance, low but not slammed.
The adjustable front and rear suspension makes it easy
to adjust to your liking.

Window rubbers and scrapers all look decent

Fly in to Michigan and drive it home.
Have an adventure to to remember and a story to tell.
If you get a few stone chips along the way, its all a positive
to the look and the history behind this one.

In closing...its a good old Beetle and I'm sure the next
caretaker will have their fun with it...and that's what cars like this are all about.
