fully restored just two years ago

Registered with Utah vintage vehicle plates and enthusiast owned,
This was a labor of love to get the car to this point and the pride of
ownership shows.

Classic stance and rolling on chromed Fuchs with detailed center caps.

Nicely detailed under the front hood, nice clean hardware and fittings,
wiring is all excellent.

electrics

New seat belts as well.

Karmann body badge is in place.
New fender beading and chrome antenna

Narrowed front beam tucks the wheels in the fenders nicely.
Disc brakes up front are set up for the Porsche bolt pattern.

Stayfast canvas top is excellent and well trimmed.
Top frame is nicely restored and all new seals.

Bumpers are fresh and straight with bright clean chrome.

The motor is a 2010 Stroker that was built by Vintage German Motors in
Orem, UT and no expense was spared on this nearly $8,000 gem.
It's a 2010 cc with about 500 miles on it since new, 78mm crank shaft
counter weighted and balanced,
Pistons 90.5mm balanced to 1/10th gram, Heads CB 40x35.5 valves 3 angle
valve job mild porting work,
Porsche lifters, Cam shaft Engle 120, Dual 45 Dell's, deep sump, full
flow, Full flow oil system, 30mm oil pump,
Lightened flywheel 8 pins balanced to crankshaft, and vintage exhaust
so the beast can breath.
All that attached to a Kennedy Racing Clutch, Rancho Transmission
freeway flyer with racing axles.
This is a really high end power plant and the owner has suggested that
he would be willing to negotiate the price of the car
with a lesser motor installed so he can keep this engine for his next
project.
If you like the car but dont want the hot engine...this can be arranged
and a sizable amount can be knocked off the price of the car.

Clean title and current tags

Headliner is clean and in good shape

Visors are new, glass is excellent

Floorpans are superb and very clean on this car.

Super solid!

Back up top for a second... damn she is clean!

Now hold your breath and lets go below...very clean and dry under the
engine
and the chassis is obviously very well done

With the big motor in it, the heater has been omitted, but the factory
piping into the body is present
and with a stock engine with heater boxes, it could be made functional
for those in the colder climates.

Chassis looks superb!

Wow!

Narrowed front beam is adjustable for ride height.

Disc brak install is very clean and stout and the dropped spindles get
the nose down even lower.

Support rails and jack points are rock solid and clean.

Always garaged and kept out of the elements.

OK...time to get a little picky and find the pimple on the face of the
beauty queen.
Looks like the rear apron has had the exhaust cut outs opened up just a
little wider to accept the fat tips.

Ahain...just being a picky bastard here...edge of the metal in the
engine room here is a little buggered.

There is a touched up scratch on the drivers front fender that is
noticible if you look super close

There is a small ding in the passenger side front quarter as well.
The paint finish as you can see in this pic has a very slight orange
peel. It looks worse than it is in this image, out in the daylight it
looks
spectacular, but if you really wanted a glassy mirror finish I suppose
you could cut and buff this to that flawless shine.
I must say that the bodywork on the car looks great though...it was
well done.

Putting my nit-picking aside I have got to say that this is really a
sweet looking ride and that
the extent of detail and depth of the restoration is far better than
the majority of what we see roll through here.
It is not without fault, but I would say it is an easy 9 out of 10.
Its a car you can be proud of.
