1971 VW Beetle Convertible For Sale
This very pretty 1971 Super Beetle convertible is located in Orlando Florida
and it is a very clean and solid driver that is ready for a new home.
Great color combination with the nave blue canvas top and the light blue body.
The polished Empi 8 spoke wheels really give the car a nice sporty look.
(the owner has a full set of the stock wheels as well)
Nice clean car from all angles.
With the exception of the wheels, the car is very stock in appearance.
Not lowered or customized, all the proper trim is in place.
Shows very well indeed.
Nice gloss to the paint and the body appears smooth with nice gaps and good fit and finish.
Interior is all stock and clean
Panels look good.
Missing the trim on the passenger side runningboard
(a very cheap and easy fix)
Spare tire down in the well
Trunk looks decent and clean.
Stock radio in the dash and a modern one mounted below.
Rear set looks to be in fine shape.
Front seats as well look nice.
Dash is clean, odometer reads 37k miles and change.
(most likely not the "actual" mileage since new)
Front speakers mounted just inside the door.
Stock steering wheel in good condition.
Carpet looks good, rubber mats in place to keep it nice.
These speakers sound nice and no big holes for the instal...they could be removed quite easily.
Tires have good tread

Looks pretty clean in here...no big leaks or wild build up of muck.
Owner tells me it runs really nice.

Not a concours level restoration but certainly nice enough to show
and it will undoubtably get a lot of attention on the road.
The car was restored around 2005 in Missouri and has changed hands twice since.
The current owner has had it since 2011 and has loved it dearly,
but now a little life change is at hand and the Beetle must go.
The owner has the stock wheels as well as another top for the car (in white vinyl)
The blue is so much prettier in my opinion, and it is in good shape...so perhaps the extra top could be sold to
make a few bucks.
Clean car, looks nice and solid and it is a good runner.
