1969 VW Beetle Convertible For Sale
This Pennsylvania based 69 Convertible has recently emerged from a very full restoration
from top to bottom This was a body off job with a very nice attention to detail.
It is a very pretty car indeed.
Done in the correct original blue with a black top and interior.
New everything, triple chrome bumpers, all new trim and body seals
new tires on the correct painted wheels with trim rings and caps.
This is what a 69 Convertible should look like.
New top, interior and top boot.
Stock stance, high and proud like Beetles were when they were new.
Very pretty car inside and out.
Underneath it all looks pretty awesome too.
The body was removed from the pan, stripped down to the center spine,
new pan halves welded in and everything painted.
All fresh brake system installed including the metal lines,
The body was primed and painted inside and out.
Here on the chassis after paint.
Fenderwells have been sprayed with a durable undercoat.
All new interior including carpet and the rubber handbrake boot, etc.
Note the detail on the heater controls.

New exhaust , tips and clamps, all fresh trim screws on the engine, very clean and dry underneath.
It is a very good runner and driver.
Floors look like new...perhaps because they are!
Really looks great under here to me.
Heater is hooked up and functional.
Front end looks sweet as well.
Body is super solid...doors are smooth and solid on the bottoms
New running boards , fender beading and body rubber.
Really nicely done amd detailed engine compartment.
All the correct bits in place such as the vacuum advance distributor<
air cleaner, black coil, decals, tins, etc.
Even the hose clamps look right to me...really sharp!
Under the lid is cleanly painted as well.
Seats and panels are all new and factory stock.
Looks great!
The top is all new as is the headliner and padding.
The correct rear window seal with the chrome trim is present.
The top fit is a bit loose compared to the original, but it is all there and functional.
Happy face!
The carpet is a budget loop carpet rather than the original German wool, but it is in excellent condition and appears to be well fit.
Nice seeing clean door jams with clean latches and the little rubber and plastic details in place,
Dome light even works!
Even the correct tire pressure sticker is in place on the back side of the glove box!

Under the hood is well detailed and fit with the correct trunk liner as original.
Just a very pretty car inside and out.
Top down it gets even cuter!
In closing this looks to be a super clean car.
Its not often you see one restored like this!
