1965 VW Single Cab Transporter For Sale
This Arizona based 65 Single cab is a truly impressive top level build
with a fantastic attention to detail and some of the best quality parts and craftsmanship.
The restoration was done by All Ways Hot Rods in Phoenix AZ
and it definitely has the high end Hot Rod approach.
You don't often see VWs done to the same level as some of the big money Rod builds
and money is usually the reason for that. In this case the owner opened the wallet wide and wanted the very best.
The paintwork was done by Brickhaus Restorations that are known for their VW and Porsche work.
The engine has been tuned by the masters at Competition Engineering
the brakes and suspension were sourced through Airkewld.
This guy bought the good parts and had the best hands do the labor and the end result is one seriously sweet truck.

Very tasteful all the way around and the closer you look, the nicer it is.
Bed is finished in matching grey texture coat with hard wood strips and two tone gates.
Super clean and witht he durable finish you can actually use it for hauling some goodies around!
Looking close at the inside of the tail gates you can see a few digs in the inner structure pressings.
From the outside everything looks fantastic and smooth.
Safari rear window
Mild tint, custom flush mount glass on the forward pane
custom made peep mirrors mounted cleanly to the window frame.
Safari windows up front as well.
Desirable dual treasure chest doors on this truck and a mega solid and clean underbelly.
Super clean
Out back is a very cleanly detailed and professionally tuned 2165cc powerplant with Weber carbs and all the trimmings.
Optima battery, all clean hardware and very nicely detailed.

And underneath it is sweet as well!
Very nice subtle exhaust system that tucks in high and tight.
Deep oil sump is visible here as well.
Rear end has been converted to Independent rear suspension with freeway flyer gearing
and disc brakes on all four corners. Suspension parts have been powdercoated
and the shocks are high end Ridetech units.
Front suspension has also been fully rebuilt and is super clean.
Steering box was rebuilt, the Airkewld disc brakes up fron t as well.
Killer Hella horns, Continental tires, Nice fresh hardware.
Very solid body with no funky rust or hidden sins.
The interior is super impressive as well!
Check out the instrumentation up top on the air vent and the amazing custom upholstery.
The floors and inner panels were all layered with Dynamat, it drives so solid and quiet.
Check out the Vintage Speed shifter, the stainless steel sleeved steering column and custom wheel.
Billet dash knobs and special machined instrument bezel spacers that follow the curve of the dash.
Seats and panels are super slick and sexy in red.
Clean and simple dash. Very nicely installed audio with a hidden subwoofer beneath the seat.
Nicely fit carpets and beautifully trimmed door panels.
The details are just gorgeous on this truck.
The owner of this truck has invested a ton of money in it and the results are evident.
He has had his fun with it and is ready to send it on to a new home so he can chase
another machine to take its place.
Mega clean and well built. The investment is far far greater than the asking price.
Someone is going to end up with one beautiful truck here with this rig.
