This is a sweet machine inside and out.

Nice and smooth and straight.

The following improvements have been done in the last year: Brakes fully serviced and new parts added as needed.

new chrome bumpers, new steering rack, replaced original 1500cc engine with 1600 dual port engine for better performance.
Full compression in all 4 cylinders. New (used) transmission with "Freeway Flyer" gearset for more relaxed cruising on the highway.

Bottoms of the doors look solid and clean

Nice new radial tires on all four corners

Chrome and caps are excellent.

Door jams are clean
I like the interior light fitted under the dash.

Nice accessory gravel guards

Underside is solid and clean,
It is not a leaker, which is a rarity it seems.
Looks good under here.

Solid body in the deep corners.
It has had some rust repair done to the floor pans, but it seems cleanly done and with the proper metal.

Looks good!

Front apron is clean underneath.

Chrome is excellent

Very clean!

Glass is all excellent and the rubbers and trims are fresh.

All the new rubber is a massive plus on this car...there is a LOT of it on a convertible
and it gets pretty costly!

Very clean

The dual port 1600cc engine is a smooth runner and looks quite clean.

All stock and quite well detailed.

Nice!

Taillights and seals are in sweet shape.

Turn signals as well

Top is in good shape and fits well.

In closing this is a really nice example of a late 60's Beetle Convertible.
It seems pretty tough to find one of this era that has not been modified into a hot rod
or has been slapped together by an amateur.
This car looks very well done and well detailed, and the price seems very fair.
