This phenomenal all original time warp Super Beetle is on it's second trip through
the Oldbug.com website. It was listed with us before, about two years ago
and now it's most recent owner has decided to find it a new home.
These photos at the top of the page here are current shots, taken at the owner's home in Texas.
He has kept it up very well and only driven it a few miles since buying it.
It is truly a remarkable car...you would be hard pressed to find a cleaner all original example.

Cars like this dont grow on trees these days...and this one with just 38,000 original miles since new
is certainly the cream of the crop.
The car at the time of these pics was in the hands of the 3rd owner since new, a prolific VW collector in
the state of New Jersey . The car is now in Texas.
It is of course kept indoors at all times and is treated like the jewel it is.

Headliner and visors exceptionally clean

The original dealer/customer id card is present.
Glove box is so clean and still fuzzy...
AM/FM radio in the gorgeous original dash.
38,499 miles at the time of these photos and this is without a doubt, the original mileage on the car since new!
Aftermarket steering wheel cover is slipped on to keep the original wheel nice.
Floors are super clean...the car is totally rot free.
Original carpets in amazing condition.
Under the engine is clean...chassis is superbly solid.
Domelight works...everything works.
Hard to imagine that headliner is almost 40 years old...but it is!
Door panels and everything seem frozen in time.
The car looks like it is 6 months old, not 39 years.
A tad bit of wear on the hand brake handle...thats about it.
Rubber mats have kept the original carpet nice.
Rear seat is superb.

The paint is indeed all original on this car and the shine is fantastic.
All the rubber and lenses are in fine shape.
Look at the hinge here with the original little top cap...so nice.
The antenna is a very slick locking unit.

Just look how clean this car in the spots you would not normally clean...impressive!
Glass and rubber are excellent.
Look how clean and nice the reflectors are and the taillight lenses.
And this is original...not restored!
All original German Hella lenses.
Under the engine lid is so clean...
The engine itself shows just a hint of age looking close...but still fantastically clean.
Everything original in here.
As you can see in this photo...you only see the ever so minor age to the engine finishes when you get up close.
Step back a couple feet and "wow"...that is one tidy engine room.
Chrome on the bumpers is excellent, both front and back have the proper rubber impact strips.
What a find!
As you can see...the owner is into VWs pretty heavy and this one is normally covered up just like the rest.
Tires are excellent.
Just a gorgeous example.

Chassis is totally solid and shows no rust or damage.
