This slick Bus is located in Indianapolis Indiana and it is a very clean, nicely done
mild custom Bus that is a turn-key, ready to drive and enjoy vehicle just as it sits.
Best of all, it is priced to sell fast...and I sure think it will!
The restoration is just a few years old...stored well and never driven in bad weather...its a nice Bus.
Lowered stance and wide 5 Porsche alloy style wheels.
Safari windows, great colors...this is sharp!
There is really nothing else quite like an old VW Bus like this.
That face is known the world over!
When the restoration was done, it was painted inside and out.
The transmission is a freeway geared IRS conversion that eliminates the gear reduction boxes as fitted originally
which makes it something that can really keep up with modern traffic.
This photo that shows it prior to the interior installation shows how cleanly the floors were done
obviously all new rubber and seals were done at the time of the resto.
Dynamat in the doors and a fresh wiring harness
Dynamat installed in the rear area as well, this stuff really helps keep it quiet inside !
Modern audio system installed and amp and crossovers and fuses are all neatly tucked away.
The underside is solid and dry and reasonably clean...not show detailed.
Stock drum brakes, adjustable front axle beam
Engine and trans are clean and dry underneath
Tires are very good all the way around.
Outside the paint and body quality is nice.
There are a couple minor flaws, but as you can see, it shows beautifully.
Nicely detailed in the corners and such
Here is a small paint crack that came from the headliner installation...a little slip of the tool and "doink!"
Here is a small scratch on the front bumper
Engine room is clean, battery area is solid.

Very minimal miles on the engine and some nice little details and trims.
No heater hooked up on this Bus.
Dash looks great...note the speakers under the dash and the modern head init cleanly fitted, tachometer is cool
and the "trigger" shifter.
Seats look fantastic...nice 3 point seat belts installed up front.
Looks quite nice indeed!
Up above on the fresh air box you can see the custom gauge install...pretty sweet.
Nice runner and driver, very reliable.
Its low...so you need to get used to the slow crawl into steep driveways and watch for curbs in the parking lots,
but it is not slammed hard to insane levels like many out there these days.

Being a 67 model it has the reverse lights above the taillights...one of those little details
that makes it stand out as a 67.
Pop out windows on all side glass.
Very sharp
Headliner looks great!
Seats and panels are all very clean in the back.
Here is a detail of the gauges.
Chrome emblem is a nice touch.
Rear cargo area has some speakers and tie downs for your groceries.
The wood slat roof rack is included in the sale!!
So clean! And it seems quite rare to see these wide 5 alloys these days!
