1965 VW Panel Bus with matching vintage trailer!

This 1965 Panel Van comes to us from Arizona.
It has been fully restored from top to bottom,
over 2 1/2 years of effort went into it.
It is as solid and sound as you would ever dream and the build is still quite fresh with
less than 4000 miles since completion.

Great look to it in two tone green and white.
The safari windows and fog lights are wonderful additions as is the wood slat roof rack,

Custom side step to match with wood trims.
5 spoke aluminum wheels and excellent tires.

A matching vintage Coffman trailer has been built to go with it and it really gives it
a fantastic look rolling down the highway!

The bus was painted well inside and out, the floors are superb...no rust or issues with this one.

Rear cargo floor as well is stunning.
Here you can see the custom side step a little better as well...how cool!

Dash is all stock and excellent.
A custom removable drink caddy frame was built to hold your big drinks and snacks
This comes right off with no holes beneath it.

The interior is gorgeous in the back.
Very clean and simple Z bed with Westfalia plaid material and very nice wood panelling.
I love the look of this...so clean and so welcoming.

Nice comfy full width bed with matching pillows.

Storage underneath the rear bed/seat.
Digging the shag carpet too!

The little trailer is awesome!!
This is a single wheel trailer that is easy to back up with and drive about...you hardly know it is there!

Super clean underneath and all mechanicals are fresh.

Love the little trailer!

The matching wood slat rack on top of the trailer is pure genius...so cool!

1959 Cadillac taillights sure look awesome as well!

Safati windows are a "must have" accessory for any seriously cool split screen

Nice and clean...and very fun, bright colors

Interior – The woodwork took
a while since the owner hand carved ribs for each strip of wood to
be nailed into, though he did screw the ends of the wood to
the Bus. The Bus has multiple layers of radiant insulation
throughout. The back inside panels were fabricated and made
of fiberglass that simply attaches with Velcro.he took extra
care in not screwing anything into the Bus since he had so
many small holes to weld closed since the beginning. The
kick panels and door panels are made from ABS plastic and
the front ceiling panels were made from wood and covered.

Very nice

Front seat is done to match the back as are the door panels.
I like the wood shift knob and hand brake cover as well

Neat wood trimming on the fresh air vent as well.

There is LED lighting on the interior as well which is really slick.

Safari rear window for flow through ventilation!

Engine room is very clean and she runs as good as she looks.

Here are a couple of process shots...one of the trailer...

The creation of the bed and rear seat platform

Fully insulated!

The fitting of some of the interior wood trim

This was no "quickie" panel job!
Proper woodworking!

Its gorgeous...really nicely done and very unique.
